The Firm operates from Mumbai. The organisation is well staffed headed by a Operational Head at each end and supplemented by Design personnel. However, Dr. Rajeev Chawathe remains the sole Principal of the practice. However a hierarchical management structure has evolved which now includes Professional associates, an Office Manager and an Information Technology Manager.
On the Technical Side, the Firm presently employs professionally qualified Architects and Landscape Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Graphic Designers and Renderers.
As an ever "Learning Organisation" the firm is committed to continued professional development and often encourages design personnel to pursue highest learning and skills development. The Scale of the organisation is such that the Principal directly exercises control over the development of the Projects.
